Privacy statement
We manufacture binders; we do not trade in your data. This page says plainly what we collect and what happens to it. Binder Makers is a division of Puget Bindery, Inc., 7820 S. 228th St., Kent, WA 98032.
What we collect, and why
Order and quote submissions. When you use the order form we collect what you type — name, company, email, phone, job details — and any artwork files you attach. That information goes to our production office by email and is used to quote, proof, and manufacture your job, and to contact you about it. Nothing else is done with it.
Artwork on file. We keep customer artwork, dies, and job specifications on file so reorders skip setup. That is a service, not surveillance — tell us to delete your files and we will.
Analytics. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across other sites. We see aggregate page counts and referrers, not identified individuals.
What we don’t do. No advertising trackers, no data sales, no sharing with anyone except the service providers below, no marketing lists you didn’t ask to join. Blind shipping means we also treat your customer relationships as confidential — reseller account information is never used to contact your customers.
Who touches the data
- Vercel hosts the site and processes form submissions in transit.
- Our email provider carries order and quote emails, including artwork attachments.
- Carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL freight) get the ship-to information needed to deliver.
That’s the list. Each processes data only to provide its service.
Retention and your choices
Order records and artwork stay on file indefinitely to support reorders — the useful life of a binder program is measured in years. Ask us to delete your artwork, your contact information, or both, and we will, unless an open order needs it. Questions, corrections, or deletion requests: CSR@PugetBindery.com or 253-872-5707.
